I do not think that the projection is for colour units, but for the current reader. With Amazon looking to get 65% of 2 million units next year (if my memory serves me correctly) then 200,000 is certainly doable.
There is no data about Kindle sales except some analysts' WAGs. Sony had said (in April I think) that they sold 400K readers.
