Alternative software to calibre to manage e-books and convert formats etc

I cant get calibre to work on windows 11 and now decided I want to try an alternative software

Convert formats
Send to e-reader via usb or wireless

I have a BOOX device

There's Alfa Ebook Manager, but it isn't free. And I don't know about Windows 11 support.

Calibre works on my Windows 11 laptop.
