Help! How can I install Android 4.0.4 on my Tolino Vision 1?

I will receive a Tolino Vision 1 (the ebook that includes microSD slot) and I would like to install Android 4.0.4.

Can anybody help me? I do not find information for this Tolino, for the others Tolino I find information.

Which Android version has the Tolino Vision 1 installed by default?
