S. S. CURRY, Ph.D., Litt.D.
‘HOW TO ADD TEN YEARS TO YOUR LIFE, AND TO DOUBLE ITS SATISFACTIONS’ [sic]
(1915)

Another in our ongoing series of debatably useful self-help books.

This one has a memorable chapter 6, with sections on ‘How to Stand’, ‘How to Walk’, ‘How to Sit’ and even ‘How to Lie Down’ – all activities I believe that I have successfully managed without instruction.

There is a lot of information on ‘How to Breathe’. When I stop doing this, I don’t suppose it will be for want of advice.
