Free E-book: The Infinite Sea, by Jeffrey A. Carver
Glad I could arrange that for you, rab!
ell, arr, EFF! ell, arr, EFF!
Hmm, shall I take that as a plea for a .LRF file? Hmmmm...
Jon's working on it. Haven't heard from him in a few days, but I'm sure as soon as he's able, he'll get it to me.
Speaking of which, I'm curious how my noble conversion folk are doing. (Not a nag, just an expression of interest.) I know that LRF and PDB are in the making.
I don't think I ever heard back from my LIT and EPUB chiefs. You guys want to give this third book a shot?
I've been pretty busy over the last few days, but I'll try to give the eReader conversion a shot when I get home from work tonight. Should only take an hour or so, I hope.
I've done the preliminary conversion. Now I'm in the process of reading through it to catch little glitches that my search-and-replace conversion might have caused. (And, naturally, to
read through it. )
I'm almost done with the LRF edition. I've fixed all the apostrophies and quotes and should be done on Friday sometime.
Great news, on both PDB and LRF fronts. Glad to hear it.
I am new to ebooks. Can someone advise me which is the 'best' format download of this book, for my Sony PRS-505?

I should wait until the LRF version of the book is posted on Jeffrey's page, since that is the native format for the Sony Reader.
I don't think it will be that long before it is up there anyway.
