Weird Characters After Conversion

Getting weird characters after sending an ebook via "send to Kindle" app , I changed the extension to .png and .txt but getting the same results.

I attach a pic.

Edit: should have added when conversion done with calibre the characters don't appear but I really want to send it to my Amazon account as too have synchronisation between device's.

That is typically caused by the HTML content of the source EPUB failing to declare the character encoding. The encoding is typically UTF-8, but Amazon's kindlegen assumes a different encoding resulting in incorrect characters.

One easy way to fix this is to perform an EPUB to EPUB conversion in calibre.
