Smashwords sell epubs. So do Samhain Publishing if you buy directly from them.
Not sure how either one is about gifting though.
No one does gifting but Amazon unfortunately.

eBooks.com will let you buy a book as a gift, and apparently it results in a redeemable voucher code. You can try it with one of the Kensington freebies
from this thread, which all show the “Give this book to a friend” option.
Smashwords will also let you gift freebies and purchased books. No idea what happens with either site if the recipient already has/doesn't want the title.

Checking in
I read Skipping Christmas which isn't really a romance. Stick with the movie. The movie is my absolutely favorite holiday movie. The book is super boring and not funny at all.
I am reading Potent Pleasure by Eloisa James. I'm half way through. I'm still reading Stray by Rachel Vincent.
I didn't buy any books but I got alot of books for Christmas. Enough to fill one shelf on my new bookcase I got for my birthday. Real books not ebooks. Most are used. One is a original cover of Johanna Lindsey's A Pirates Love and the original cover of The Bride by Julie Garwood. I think that's pretty cool. Alot of the books I got aren't available in eBook.

I highly recommend the series. It was my first reads of 2016 and I devoured them.
