To read book on a old pocket pc i look for this file : mobireader_hpc.mips.cab :
As nothing is downloadable anymore from mobipocket.com.

Or any other old reader that run on ppc V4

It can be a bit of a pain to find things here but try searching for mobipocket.com at http://archive.org/web/web.php

You'll have to pick something from the timeline that looks like it's from the era of the file and then hope that the 'bots picked up the file you are after.

I know I have the mobireader.msi if that will do and an arm version but would need to dig for the mips version.
Just for fun I went digging and have the file.

FYI: If you pick up the .exe file, double click it and go through the install process, when the error message comes up, do not click ok. Go to C:/program files/mobipocket/ and you will see the .cab files. You can copy them elsewhere then click ok and the files will be deleted from the program files directory. There will be a mips, arm and two sh .cab files there.
