Is there anything on the site that we might need to archive. I already anticipated this and captured EBook HTML@Wiki » in our wiki for archive purposes.

That's a good point. There was certainly some info of interest there about the Mobipocket format and stuff.

Gosh, I'd even forgotten I had an account there. Have my 15 books now.

One would have thought they might have tried moving their customer libraries to the Kindle platform!
I agree. They should do that. I believe that Amazon owns it so it's not like it would be a big hardship for them to do. Note: I just looked it up. I had some 89 books from them (most were part of their Ultimate Classic Library collection).

Shouldn't they do what everyone else has done and sell their customers to Kobo?

I have forgotten my password for the site and their "forgot your password" feature does not seem to be working, so I guess I am out of luck. Pretty sure I don't have any books there, anyway, so I'm not worried.

I do have one book that I wasn't able to reconvert (to put a functional cover on) but I found it does read properly on the Kindle Fire (an upgrade perhaps?) so at least I can read it on the go now.

And it was even the post immediately before the one I quoted.
