Cannot Click OK to log on to Calibre

Good morning! This is my first post. I am eager to use calibre companion. CC connected to calibre, but when I type my username and password for calibre, the <OK> Button remains greyed out and ‘unclickable’
Any suggestions?

I should add I have verified that the username and password I used are the correct ones.

I have the same issue when trying to log on, my server is running on Ubuntu. If I remove authentication I can get in without an issue and with authentication the username/password works fine on the web client.

Could it just be a glitch in the mobile app? Those that have already authenticated have the credentials saved and don't need to log in again? I can also remotely access my library with a browser. If I remove the password I can access my library through CC.

I’ve been experiencing this same issue on a windows 2019 server as well as I tried setting everything up on a windows 10 machine as well with no success
